How to become an Agency:

To participate in our programs, agencies must first become members of the Food Bank
of Delaware.

Membership is achieved by:

  • Filling out the Membership Application and Agreement forms
  • Providing us with a copy of your 501(c) (3) IRS tax exemption letter OR
    the IRS Church Qualifier form
  • Attend a Food Bank Orientation Session with the documents stated above
  • Pay $100 membership fee, company check made out to Food Bank of Delaware
  • Pass a site visit conducted by Agency Relations staff
