Eat Smart, Live Strong:  This program targets fixed-income older adults to adopt two key behavioral changes: eat at least 3-1/2 cups of fruit and vegetables every day and participate in 30 minutes of physical activity most days of the week. Each of the four lessons includes an interactive nutrition activity, a physical activity demonstration, and samples of a healthy recipe.
