Our vision is a community free from hunger. We work to accomplish this by providing food and non-food products to qualified feeding programs throughout Delaware.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Hunger-Relief Partner of the Food Bank of Delaware.  Our Hunger-Relief Partners operate different types of food programs, including: emergency food pantries, on-site meals, soup kitchens and fresh produce distributions.

In order to distribute food received from the Food Bank of Delaware, we seek partners who:

  • Use donated product primarily for service to the ill, needy, or infants as defined by Food Bank of Delaware, Inc.
  • Offer the donated product free of charge and not sell, offer for sale, or barter donated product for property, money or services.
  • Adhere to any food safety policies regarding the receipt, storage, and distribution of donated product.
  • Maintain proper tracking information of people served and products distributed.

In order to begin the process, please complete the Hunger Relief Partner application form.  Once completed, we will call you to request some additional information.  Once received we will schedule an orientation session and site visit to finalize the partnership.

We look forward to working with you as a Hunger-Relief Partner of the Food Bank of Delaware.  We believe that by working together we can better achieve our mutual goal of a community free from hunger.
