Join us for an Open House at the Healthy Pantry Center! This event is a great opportunity to learn more about how our pantry works and the different ways you can get involved. Whether you’re already a dedicated volunteer or just exploring the idea of helping out, we’d love to meet you and show you around. Here’s what you can expect:
- Tour and Overview of the Healthy Pantry Center: Get a guided tour of our facility and learn how we provide food assistance to those in need. You’ll see firsthand how our pantry operates and the impact it makes in our community.
- Info Session on Volunteer Roles: Find out about the different volunteer opportunities available, including our key roles:
- Shopping: Assist neighbors as they select the food items that best meet their needs.
- Intake: Help welcome and register neighbors , ensuring they feel supported during their visit.
- Meet Our Staff and Volunteers: Connect with the team behind the Healthy Pantry Center! Hear from current volunteers about their experiences, ask questions, and get a feel for the positive impact you can make by joining us.
This open house is a no-commitment event where you can explore our volunteer programs and see if they’re a good fit for you. We look forward to welcoming you!
