How do I know if my Amazon Flex home delivery application has been received? 

After the application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your application has been received. Once the application is processed, you will receive another message stating when you will start receiving deliveries.

How can someone register or participate from the home delivery program?

Right now we are currently not accepting new applications for the program. Please check back.

Is the program available to those who live outside of Delaware? 

No, the Amazon home delivery program is intended for Delawareans without transportation or for those who are unable to leave their home to visit local food pantries. Please dial 2-1-1 from your phone for help finding resources in your area.

When will I receive my deliveries?

You may receive a delivery any of the following days – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Friday deliveries are for weekend meal kits through the Backpack Program. Boxes are shipped in bulk so names or home addresses will not be put on the boxes.

How often will I receive a delivery?

You will receive a delivery once a month.

How can I update my contact information? 

You may email us your updated information to homedelivery@fbd.org you will receive a confirmation email saying that your information has been updated and will provide an effective date. please allow up to three business days for a response.

My family and I have food restrictions, can you accommodate that?

Given the limited resources for this program, we are unable to accommodate allergies within families.
