Donate Food

The Food Bank of Delaware relies on the generosity of the community to help feed hungry people. The Food Bank solicits, warehouses and distributes food through a network of 475 hunger-relief program partners. Our partners include food pantries, soup kitchens, emergency shelters and other community food providers. In turn, agencies prepare balanced, nutritious meals or distribute food items to those with limited resources. Close to 242,000 Delawareans turn to emergency food assistance each year and 44 percent of those served are children under the age of 18. Please help us feed more hungry Delawareans by donating to the Food Bank of Delaware.

Donated food is accepted at our warehouses in Newark and Milford weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Click here for a list of other statewide drop-off sites.
