What is the ticket cost per person, and what is included?
Tickets are $65 per person and include an expansive menu, complementary adult beverages (beer, wine, and cocktails), and the ambiance of a live music filled, candle-lit Food Bank Farm.
What should I wear?
Update: Due to forecast for inclement weather, Forks on the Farm will now be held indoors at the Food Bank of Delaware. Guests tend to dress up a little for our events, but jeans and casual attire are not out of place. And Phillies gear is absolutely welcome!
Will I receive an event ticket?
Your ticket purchase confirmation email will serve as your event ticket. All guests will check-in at the registration table. If you need to transfer tickets or you did not list guest names when you purchased your tickets, please let your guest(s) know to give your name (or the name you registered with) at the registration table.
How will I know where to sit?
The event will offer beer garden style seating where folks can sit with the group they came with or make new friends. We will have seating for two people, four people, and another area for 6-8 people. We will also have a long community table where folks can gather. AND we’ll have hay bale and bench seating.
What is the menu?
The menu is prepared by the Food Bank of Delaware Culinary School. Dinner will be student served at five different stations. Guests may try each station and come back for more as they wish. The menu offering can be found at www.fbd.org/menu
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies?
The menu is prepared to accommodate vegetarian and gluten free needs. Please email Meghan Sullivan at msullivan@fbd.org so she can accommodate individual requests.
Is there alcohol at the event?
Yes, we have partnered with a number of wonderful, local beverage companies. This event is 21+. If you need a ride home at the end of the night please seek a designated driver. Event address for the driver: 222 Lake Drive Newark, DE 19702.
Where do I park?
Please follow your GPS to 222 Lake Drive Newark, DE 19702 and park between the lake and the Food Bank of Delaware building, or along Lake Drive. Please enter the main administrative entrance.
Are there bathrooms on the farm?
Guests will have access to indoor bathrooms.
Do you allow well-behaved dogs?
We are sorry, but even well-behaved dogs are not permitted at this event.
Can you accommodate children at the event?
This event is for guest 21+, but keep an eye on our event page for family friendly gatherings.
What if I have tickets but I can’t attend the event?
Tickets are non-refundable but you are welcome to transfer them to another guest if you find you are unable to make it.
What if it rains?
Rain or shine! Don’t sweat the weather, we will stage the event in an area of the farm and warehouse that is sheltered. We will notify folks in advance of the rain plan so you can plan accordingly.
