One year of HOPE in Milford

January 15, 2025

It’s hard to believe, but we cut the ribbon on the new Milford facility exactly one year ago today.

The new facility has already become a cornerstone of the community, providing not only food but also compassion and support to those who need it most.

More than just a warehouse, this new building stands as a community hub where individuals are greeted with kindness, respect, and dignity.

It serves as a training center, equipping people with essential skills and new opportunities, and as a place of hope, fostering connections and offering resources for brighter futures. I

In just a year, the Milford facility has proven to be a vital space where our shared mission of ending hunger and building community truly comes to life.

This past year:

  • 9.29 million meals distributed
  • 56 students graduated
  • 3,524 volunteers
  • 7,058 households served in the Healthy Pantry Center
  • 10,000 plants grown in the garden
  • 12,000+ visits to the café
